This is a winter rental, but open to long-term / year round rental with a price adjustment. This is a short-term winter rental, but I am open to negotiating as a rare year round lease at the beach. Pet friendly landlord, but additional fees will apply. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the Building or on the premises.
