Property
It is an absolutely charming property! It is a second floor unit so there is a flight of stairs but very user friendly. There is an assigned parking place which is nice. It is bright, has all original hardwood moldings, and very clean. The landlord was very helpful and most cordial. The property is well cared for.
Management
The landlord was accommodating in terms of my availability. He was knowledgeable about the history of the unit, and the house in which it is located. He answered questions and was most gracious
