Relax with the family at this peaceful place. This is a one-bedroom house with over 400 SF of living space and a lot of nearly 2,000 SF with a lake view. It is near a lake on a mountain resort and is ideal for a family of 2, but can accommodate up to 4 people. This is an independent detached fully-furnished mini-house, with its own kitchen and a full large bathroom. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can remove whatever you do not want and keep what you want. This unit on a gated resort and there are other properties on the resort. There is fire pit in front of the suite and plenty of free parking. There is a balcony behind the house facing a lake and may be included as is. This is a quiet place and away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and you wake up with the sound of nature.
The resort is gated on a gated mountain with only 6 households on the mountain. The rest are farms.
Six month leases are offered at $150 extra per month more than the listed price. Three month leases are offered at $200 extra per month more than the listed price. Month-to-month rental is possible at $250 per month higher than the listed price. The price listed is for up to 2 people. An additional fee of $100 per month is added for each additional person.
It is 12 miles from Vista and Oceanside shops and 8 miles from Pala Casino, 45 miles from downtown San Diego and Mexican border.

Utilities are fixed $195 per month (water and electricity), not including gas. A propene gas tank is provided, but tenant is responsible for refilling the tank. Internet maybe provided free, but it is not guaranteed. You may have to get your own boosters.
Owner pays water and electricity and charges tenant a fixed monthly fee of $200. Tenant pays for the gas as needed and the first time landlord a full tank.
