The rest are farms. Six month leases are offered at $150 extra per month more than the listed price. Three month leases are offered at $200 extra per month more than the listed price. Month-to-month rental is possible at $250 per month higher than the listed price. The price listed is for up to 2 people. An additional fee of $100 per month is added for each additional person.
