Many updates throughout the condo including new kitchen cabinets, some new flooring, updated bath. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, utensils included. The large deck faces the Fraser River allowing for the 24/7 sound of moving water and views of the slopes. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and the Safeway in Fraser. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. These will remain in our name and we will request reimbursement each month. If any payments are missed, we will subtract them from the security deposit. An end of lease cleaning fee will be requested at the end of the lease and will be subtracted out of the security deposit. Rent Tiers: 1 year lease: $2400 per month due on move in date; Security deposit, $2400, due at lease signing. 6 month lease: $2700 per month due on move in date; Security deposit, $2700, due at lease signing 1-3 month lease $2900 per month due on move in date; Security deposit, $2900, due at lease signing Tenant pays for electricity and gas. These will remain in our name and we will request reimbursement each month. If any payments are missed, we will subtract them from the security deposit.
