Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home and above the garage, facing the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
