Open from all sides, filled with light, and very airy. Our tenant barely uses the AC as the ocean breeze fills in when the windows open! The unit has quartz countertops, refinished cabinets, a glass-top range, a microwave, a stainless steel workstation sink, a new bathroom vanity, and new furnishings. It is very clean and fresh. The bedroom comes with a generously sized walk-in closet with organizers. It has a queen-sized bed and is nicely decorated. It is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, cleaning equipment, and lots of supplies. Some of the baby furniture shown in the pictures will be removed. There are ACs and fans in the bedroom and the living room. It has a private washer-dryer(right outside, under the stairs) and a private lanai to enjoy your morning coffee with peekaboo ocean views. The unit will be rented with all furnishings and supplies. It's a well-maintained cottage perfect for ONE quiet, clean, and responsible person. The landlord lives on the property. Electricity, water, landscaping, GET, and (shared) internet are included. It is located at the end of a small private street, so guests must park where it is legally posted (not in the driveway). There is limited parking on this private street for guests. NO Smoking is allowed at all in the unit or on the property. NO pets. No subletting, no arbitrage vacation renting. Applicants must have good credit (675) and no evictions. If the minimum qualifications are met, a showing will be scheduled. An application is completed online, and a credit check, eviction, criminal, sex offender, and rental history screening are conducted. Rent is $2750/month + $2750 security deposit. You must pay the $5500 upfront for move-in. The minimum lease duration is six months, but preference will be given to a one-year lease term. This is not a short-term rental unit.
