Property
Old carpet, 1 bedroom, 2nd room connects to a bath but no closet in the room. Walls dirty, carpet snagged and torn, ceiling tiles fallen, kitchen lighting poor, 3 of 9 actually work. Upstairs has unencumbered access to apartment. Loud noise from hvac system makes conversations hard in kitchen area. At 1k it would be worth making improvements ,for 1500, should be in spotless condition.
