Each prospective tenant must submit an application to be considered. There is no application fee for the initial application.
Each prospective tenant must submit to a background screen report, which are billed directly to each prospective individual tenant at $32. Rate subject to change by the vendor at any time.
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
