The entrance is shared with the studio apartment on the first floor. The second bedroom is small. You could fit a single or a bunkbed or use if as office space. The property is located at only about 15min from Hudson, NY and 10min from the Taconic Parkway. The tenants are responsible for keeping their apartment in clean and organized condition, as well as help keep the from porch and staircase clean. The landlord does not live in the property but is responsible for general property maintenance, trash and recycling pick up arrangements and snow removal. The lease is on a month-to-month basis and landlord must be notified at least 30 days before moving out.
