The apartment has central forced air heat and AC which makes indoor living very comfortable during any season! There is exterior lighting that illuminates the house and walkway at night that provides safe nighttime entry along with a partially fenced in backyard. Entrance has a keyless entry lock with electronic passcode for easy convenience. The rent is $1,575 per month which includes internet/wifi with a $1,000 security deposit (could be less based off credit) and a minimum 1 year lease.
