1. Term of Lease
The lease shall begin on May 7th and end on December 31, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
2. Rent
Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent in the amount of $4,000, depending on the agreed terms at signing, payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month. Rent shall be paid to Landlord at the address provided or via other method agreed upon in writing. A late fee of $111 may apply if payment is not received by the 11th day of the month.
3. Tenant Eligibility
This property is ideal for traveling professionals and graduate-level students, such as those in medical residencies, post-doctoral fellowships, or similar professional training programs. Landlord reserves the right to request documentation verifying employment or academic status as part of the application and screening process.
Utilities: Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the Premises during the lease term, including but not limited to gas, electricity, and lighting. Landlord shall not be liable for any interruption, failure, or defect in the supply of these services, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Landlord. Payment for utilities will be sent to landlord and will fluctuate based on monthly usage.
