Flexible Lease Terms: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months or 12+ months Apartment Leasing Instructions In order to hold an apartment for rent we'll need: A deposit equal to one month's rent. This will be used as your last month's rent. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application. Rental requirements We require you make 3X the monthly rent 1 year of Pittsburgh area employment 1 year of Pittsburgh area rental history Every applicant must qualify individually unless married. Full time students must have a cosigner. Pet policy Limit of 2 pets per unit Must be listed on renters insurance Must be spayed or neutered no pet deposit $25 pet rent per pet per month
