Applicants providing paystubs or W-2 forms as proof of income/employment are also subject to direct verification with a supervisor if it is deemed necessary. The length of time at a job, and/or the stability of other income sources will be taken into consideration. If you are including a Housing Voucher as a part of your income, please make sure to note that you have a voucher, as well as monthly amount the voucher will pay under Additional Income on your application. If you do not include this income, your application may be denied. A copy of your Housing Voucher will be required along with your proof of income.
