If you like convenient living, this apartment is located in the town center of Mercer Island, where the superiority is unparalleled. Metropolitan is within 300 feet. No matter of lacking butter when you cook it can be solved in a few minutes. QFC, pet markets, Starbucks, McDonald's, coffee shops, restaurants of all kinds, pharmacies, UPS, laundromats, post office, parks, and more are all within minutes' walk. Like being in a resort, life is comfortable and accessible.
If you pay attention to the details of life, then you will have nothing to worry about. I originally used it myself, replaced the floor, the range hood, disposal, all lamps, sockets, switches, toilets, door hinges, floor dividers, and threshold bars, and installed three balcony screens.
If you focus on the sense of space, you will find that the living room here is larger than that of many ordinary houses. I can play Frisbee with my daughter. There is also an area that can be converted into a bedroom or reading room. The laundry room and boiler room are in a dependent huge utility room, which does not affect life at all.
If you are afraid of heat, there is absolutely no need for air-conditioning in summer. Facing to the east, sunlights can kiss bedrooms and living room, but they are always cool as the ideal summer times. It is below 70 degrees indoors when outdoor is more than 87 degrees. If you are afraid of cold, the heating is never turned on exceeding 70 degrees in winter, otherwise, you will sweat.
If you care about health, the building has a fitness room, indoor swimming pool, and sauna.
Trust me, this is definitely an apartment you will unwilling to move out of once you move in.

1. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity bills

3. We support payment by cash, bank transfer, and cheque.
4. We are not allow pets.
5. We have private parking spaces as well as public parking spaces.
6. Either one of us should give one month's notice to the other if we want to cancel the contract.
7. We do not provide wifi service.
8. Rent is $3450 a month, with a minimum lease period of six months
9. Waiver of subrogation
10. The owner has the right to enter the property given 24 hours notice to the tenant
11. Renter hereby agrees and acknowledges the deposit and/or rent paid will not be refunded if he is unable to move in as agreed. Rent paid is not refundable if the renter moves out early.
12. If the tenant does not sign the minimum rental contract at the end of the rental period, it will automatically change to a monthly rental, and if it happens, the monthly rent will be increased by 10%.
13. We will check the SSN and credit score.
