At night we have couple of lights that come on automatically as the day becomes darker. NO PARTY ANIMALS NEEDED. I've owned this building for twenty years and we most always have respectable tenants. Currently we have a few students working on their PHDs, and local professionals. We are within 100 yards of UH at Manoa campus. The neighborhood is a great mix of professionals and students.
