THE BEDROOM HAS LARGER TILE AND A CLOTHES CLOSET OVER 10 LONG. INSTALLED FOUR NEW WINDOWS THAT ARE FRAMED IN STAINED WOOD. NEWER STYLE JALOUSIE WINDOWS. ThEY DON'T RATTLE, SEAL GREAT AND CAN'T BE REMOVED. ENJOY THE PHOTOS AND MAHALO FOR VIEWING. I am in the process of painting the entire apartment. I have a new fridge, an electric stove and a new AC window unit already delivered and still in boxes. This unit is on the second floor of a two story walkup of 7 total apartments. This apt. is by far the largest and best apartment. It has a very large bathroom that leads out onto a private lanai. Before I go any further I've owned the building for 20 years and I am not looking to rent to any Party Animals. Everyone here respects everyone else. I'm not against a good party but there are venues for that. The monthly rent is $1850 and that includes water and trash . You pay electric. All floors are ceramic tile. No carpeting to clean. Just installed 4 new jalousie windows. The newer style. They seal perfectly . They don't rattle and they can't be removed if you lock yourself out. They keep the noise out too. The front door has a metal screened security door. The mailboxes are the rectangular post office approved with locks. There are also some large USPS lockers to keep packages safe. There are two separate sets of stairs and at night a couple of lights turn on automatically when it gets dark. We have a couple of coin operated machines they cost $2.00 per load. I am a dog lover but have had bad experiences of tenants with barking dogs, So I only accept cats. With two cats as the maximum. There is a $100 non-returnable cat deposit And there is no putting cat food outside. Looking for a one year fixed lease.
