While the home is regularly treated for pests, it's not uncommon to see pests such as cockroaches, ants, and spiders due to the heat. Refunds are not offered for this, but assistance is available if pests are spotted. The entire home, front yard, and backyard are private and not shared with anyone else. Interaction during your stay is minimal, with periodic check-ins via text or phone. The property will not be visited unless requested or in case of an emergency.
