The home allows one pet per stay with a maximum weight of 25 lbs, and service pets are free with prior notification and documentation. Additional fees apply for extra guests beyond six, and there is a $50 fee for cleaning the grill if left uncleaned. Situated in a family-friendly, safe, and quiet neighborhood close to Indian Rocks Beach, this home is ideally located for groups, families, or remote work stays. Most destinations will require a vehicle, but the beach is just a short 9-minute drive away. Guests must be 23 years or older to book and check-in. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties are never allowed. Violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 per pet and immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
