On the left from the main entrance, you will find a bedroom with a desk near the door. The staircase is located just in front of the main entrance which leads to the other 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. They are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This home is in a residential area, conveniently located with easy access to major highways, interstates, restaurants, and more! Only a few minutes away from Baptist Medical Center South! Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house.
