Attached, off-street parking is available for $75/mo. Tenants are provided free access to the 8,000+ sq ft green space across the street for use as a dog park/ picnic area.
Landlord pays for water and trash removal. Tenant pays electric and gas.
Pets must be cleared by management. There is a $300 nonrefundable fee per pet.
