Landlord was 15 minutes late to appointment, and the misleading/false information in the ad was not very ethical. Also, landlord was showing the property with tenants still in it who had two very small children we were clearly disturbing, and told them he would be back with more visitors later, which is very unfair to the tenants living there as well. Would not want to rent from someone with those values. That said he did appear to be a kind person, at least to talk to. Which is probably the only reason he doesn't get a 1-star.

Property
While the property is beautifully maintained on the inside, it's location is terrible. The photos and description were also misleading - it is a middle unit but the listing said it only shares 1 common wall, which is false. It's also about 50 feet away from a loud auto shop and a very busy road. You'd never know by the photos, which one could say are a bit misleading, as was the ad.
