The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware and kitchenware essentials. A welcome tray with snacks, tea, and Keurig K-Cups is also provided.
The property offers a private pool open from mid-March to September, a lanai, covered gazebo, observation deck, fire pit, and patio furniture for outdoor lounging. The garage is not accessible to guests, and while the yard is fully fenced, it is not pet-proof. Parking includes a driveway approximately 900 ft long, with a split at 700 ft leading to either the guest farmhouse, fitting up to four vehicles, or the barn house for event overflow parking for up to 25 vehicles.

For stays beyond 40 nights, a mid-stay clean is applicable, covering the replenishment of linens and toiletries. For stays over 60 nights, a Deep Clean replaces the standard checkout cleaning. The difference from the standard fee will be collected after booking confirmation or when your stay has met the applicable thresholds for mid-stay or deep cleaning.
