Step out the back door to enjoy the private patio and yarda rare find in the city.
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the third has a queen. The second floor also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Each space is thoughtfully designed for both style and function. - Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $500 upon signing the lease agreement.
