Just off 24th street in a quiet alley-way, we found the perfect place to renovate and update. From dark-small rooms, we tore down walls, ripped up carpet (to find great hardwood) and redid just about everything while keeping some class victorian details.
This is the lower Unit in a 2 unit remodeled Victorian building technically has 1 bedroom and 2 separate entertaining spaces: the open/combined dining room/kitchen and a separate living room/home office/sofa-bed for guests.
The result is something that is absolutely central in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Bright, modern and peaceful, it's the ideal home base in San Francisco. You can walk to some of our favorite food places (Noe Valley Bakery, Firefly, Sushi, Mexican food), coffee (Martha Brothers) and groceries (Whole Foods) in under 5 minutes.
We're just 2 minutes from the J-Church street car line, that goes directly downtown. You can also walk 8 minutes and get to BART which goes to the airport or downtown or around the Bay.
We've done our best to be eco-friendly here. The roof has hot-water solar (feel free to take long afternoon showers), most of the lights are LEDs.
There is some additional storage space in the garage for you. The other tenants have the one parking space (sorry). Your unit contains a dedicated washer/drier (not shared).
