UTILITIES: Tenants are responsible for power and gas. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and yard care RENT: Rent for this unit is only $1,295.00 for a lease ending in Spring/Summer of 2027 or $1,345.00 for a lease ending in Spring/Summer of 2026 with the possibility to renew.
