This listing is actually for Unit #5 at 2830 W Vienna Street (Not Unit #6). Units are all the same floorplan and are simply mirrored depending on the side of the building the unit is on. This 1 bedroom 1 bath, approximately 750 sq ft apartment has been recently updated. This complex has an on-site representative and offers online tenant portal to pay rent electronically. (Paying rent online via a bank account is free, Credit/Debit card payments will incur a fee from the software company directly so we recommend always paying via ACH from a checking account). We also accept other forms of electronic payments. Apartment is available immediately. No on-site laundry at this time. Each adult living in the apartment will need to be on the lease and a separate application will be required for each tenant. Please be sure to view the apartment and speak to our on-site representative before paying for an application as there may already be a pending application on the unit. Applications can be submitted directly through Zillow. Application fees are non-refundable as they are paid to Zillow directly. Tenants will be responsible for electricity for their unit. Landlord pays gas, heat, sewer, water, and trash for building/common area. Rent will be $785/month for a month-to-month lease, first month rent (plus any pro-rated rent if move-in is prior to the 1st) is due prior to move-in. $785 security deposit will also be required upon signing of the lease. Unfortunately due to allergies we are not able to accept pets at this time. Late fees will be incurred for any rent paid after the 5th of the month.
