A 1/2 mile up the road, you can hop on public transportation into Breck or into Frisco. Summer/Fall Month Lease Only available May 5-November, owner pays all utilities. No smoking of any kind, no pets allowed per HOA regulations for non-owners, 2 parking spots available (one garage/one parking pass). 1st Month rent/Deposit due at signing. Last month rent due prior to moving in. Ultimately we are looking for respectful tenants to take good care of our 2nd home as well as be respectful of our neighbors.
