The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances (toaster oven, blender, hand mixer), and a small coffee bar area with a standard coffee pot and Keurig. A laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer, is situated directly off the kitchen area. The outdoor space comes complete with a second grilling area, pool loungers, and ample seating under the bistro-lit pergola. The immense pool can accommodate large groups, and the spillover spa adds a special touch. Golf cart rentals and pool/spa heating are available for an additional fee.
