On the main floor, there is a spacious living room and kitchen where your group can gather and enjoy meals together. Additionally, the master bedroom is conveniently located on the same floor. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the lower level, which has a walkout basement that opens up to a beautiful view of the Teton Mountain Range. The home is graced with an unparalleled western allure that will leave you spellbound. The picturesque sight of cows leisurely grazing on the vast open range and horses gracefully trotting about in close proximity is truly mesmerizing. With all these natural wonders at your doorstep, it's almost like having your own exclusive ranch, without any of the ranch duties! We are happy to accommodate your furry friends. However, there are horses grazing in the adjacent pasture, so we kindly request that you keep your dogs under control when near them. A pet fee applies, and if pets are brought onto the property without paying the fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet, and pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. This serene getaway offers panoramic views in Teton Valley, providing you with a paradise-like experience. The property is located at the base of the Tetons, offering a peaceful ambiance while listening to the beautiful mountain bird songs. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the beauty of the dark skies. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are not permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property. Candles or incense should not be burned in the home, and fireworks are not allowed on the premises. All main entry doors should be locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of your group, and we reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given.
