    Furnished Garden level duplex on .75 acres - 5 minutes to Evergreen. Recently remodeled with adobe style gas fireplace. Large two bedrooms with spacious kitchen, large LR and office. There is also a small laundry/heater room with washer dryer. Bath is shower only but has designer touches. Owner lives in upper unit so quiet tenants are a necessity. Single tenant would be preferred and would be given a rent deduction of $250 a month. The apartment is available August thru January on a month to month basis. Shorter term rental is acceptable. Two residents is maximum allowed as Septic system will not accommodate more. Longer term rental to single person is a possibility, to be determined. On site parking. No pets. No smoking. No parties. All utilities are included as is internet and trash collection. Tenant is responsible for shoveling or plowing lower portion of the driveway.
