Property
The condo was currently occupied but still very clean and presentable. The unit was in a great location with lots of light and a great balcony. The only drawback was the kitchen. The appliances and finishes were somewhat dated.
Management
Barbara was very knowledgeable. She also managed simultaneous tours very well.
