May, $4000 June and July, $5000 August $4500, September, October, and November $4000, December and January 2026 $5000, Feb through April $6200 this includes utilities, HOA, and property taxes paid per owner. $200 clean, $75 booking fee and 12.5% taxes of total. Multiple months rented will give you a $100 discount off each month starting after 2 months. For example, rent 3 months, take $200 of rental rate off second and third month.
