The front bedroom is currently set up as an office, and the back bedroom has a large closet and door to a balcony viewing trees and the shared back yard. Minimal street noise can be heard from the back bedroom. Large living room and dining area with great natural light. Bathroom is recently updated. The entry at the top of the stairs has ample room for shoes/bicycles/etc. Small bonus office space behind curtain from the kitchen, which also has a door to the balcony. Washer and dryer in basement (each of the 3 units has their own washer and dryer and storage section in the basement). 3 AC units keep it cool in the summer.
