Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Utilities such as electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi are not included in monthly rentals and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A late check-in fee of $75 applies for arrivals after 9 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee. Street noise in the area isn't uncommon, especially being walking distance from the train station. If you are sensitive, you may want to bring ear plugs. The apartment is located one flight up, and there is no elevator. No pets are allowed. Check-out time is before 11 AM, and a late check-out fee of $100 will apply if approved. For the safety and security of all our guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, allowing access to enjoy your own streaming channels by using your individual credentials. A laptop computer is not included.
