Property
There are beautiful wooden floors in the apartment, but besides that everything is very old and run down. The whole building needs to be spruced up. Need to clean up outside of apartments, replace doors to apartments (the wood is peeling off). Power wash the building. The place just looks dirty. No garbage disposal in apartment...just the bare minimum. Seems overpriced for what it is. Apartments on Benvenue should be nicer. This is a good location. Just blocks away from College Avenue.

She responded quickly and showed the place quickly. No complaints.
