Built in 1875, the space features a separate first floor entrance followed by a living room, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, and petite deck on the second floor. The third floor brings a quirky layout with an open office area, a small reading space and the two bedrooms (one king, one queen). The king bedroom includes an additional open door office for added workspace. For further flex sleeping, the living room couch pulls out to a full size bed, and there is a tri-fold queen floor mattress (3" thickness) and frame in the smaller bedroom closet. Fully stocked with all linens, towels, kitchen tools, an electric grill, wifi and 3 smart tvs. Fully furnished. All utilities included. No smoking, no pets.
