The views of downtown and Long's Peak from the balcony and kitchen are awesome and make for spectacular sunsets and fireworks. 1884 vintage historic property with lots of character. Three blocks to Denver Central Market, Crema coffee shop, Rosenberg's Bagels. Five Points, Lodo, Rino, the ball park,and North Larimer restaurants just a couple blocks walk. Very comfortable with a bit of a tree house feeling. Great built-ins, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless gas stove and stone countertops in the kitchen. This area has a neighborhood feeling, yet offers the best of urban life. No smoking, one dog under 65 lbs OK. If you'd like to see it, message me over Zillow to set up an appointment. One year lease.
