Tenant shall be permitted to keep no more than two (2) small domestic animals (dogs or cats) on the Premises, subject to the following conditions:
Definition of Small Pets. For purposes of this Lease, "small" animals shall be defined as dogs or cats weighing no more than thirty (25) pounds each at full maturity.
Tenant shall pay to Landlord a non-refundable pet deposit in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each permitted animal.
Tenant shall pay additional monthly pet rent in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per permitted animal.
All pets must comply with applicable local ordinances and regulations, including licensing and vaccination requirements.
Tenant shall be fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet(s) to the Premises or common areas, and for any nuisance or disturbance caused by the pet(s).
No other animals shall be permitted on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
