A great porch for sitting on summer evenings. There's a free City pool a few blocks away! PETS. Sorry, we do not allow pets and cannot make exceptions. Great friendly quiet neighborhood yet close to the FQ, City Park, music clubs, Lake Pontchartrain. The apartment is available on December 31, 2025 for a term of 3 -6 months, with the possibility of extending. Electric and gas are included in the rent. WIFI is $50 per month. The house is fully and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, silverware... We do not allow pets, and cannot make exceptions. It's a great neighborhood, very desirable and family friendly yet close to the FQ, music clubs and City Park.
