REQUIRED: $990 first month's rent plus $990 security deposit, plus any applicable pet deposits due at lease signing. This rental price is for single occupancy only. KUB utilities (electric, water/sewer) are handled by the landlord, and tenant will pay a flat $150 monthly utilities charge to the landlord on the same day rent is due each month, starting on the initial lease begin date. This charge is for single occupancy only, and the flat rate will be adjusted for inflation and/or excess consumption at each lease renewal time.
KUB high speed fiber internet is provided to tenant free of charge. If tenant wishes to purchase additional internet or cable services, that will be at their own cost and in the tenant's name.
Pet-friendly for indoor cats only, with prior approval and $300 non-refundable pet deposit per cat (2 max). No smoking or vaping. No onsite laundry, but there are 3 laundromats within a 1/2 mile. Parking is in the front separate driveway leading to the apartment, for your private use.
Available to begin lease on July 1, with a 6 month lease to start. If things are going well near the end of the lease in December and we wish to continue, you may then sign a 12 month lease for 2026.
No vouchers accepted. Qualified applicants will pass a credit and background check (through Zillow's application), and provide personal verification of current annual income and/or employment sufficient to comfortably afford monthly rent and utility fees.
