Enjoy the convenience of your landlord being onsite. We love music, cats, nature, creativity, fire pits, vintage campers, and living below you. REQUIRED: $990 first month's rent plus $990 security deposit, plus any applicable pet deposits due at lease signing. This rental price is for single occupancy only. KUB utilities (electric, water/sewer) are handled by the landlord, and tenant will pay a flat $150 monthly utilities charge to the landlord on the same day rent is due each month, starting on the initial lease begin date. If things are going well near the end of the lease in December and we wish to continue, you may then sign a 12 month lease for 2026. No vouchers accepted. Qualified applicants will pass a credit and background check (through Zillow's application), and provide personal verification of current annual income and/or employment sufficient to comfortably afford monthly rent and utility fees.
