A 97 year old building with a charming, spacious 2nd floor one bedroom, one bath apartment only two minutes to 471 and a 5 - 10 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati or Newport on the Levee! Or if you're a college student, it is a 10 - 15 minute drive to the University of Cincinnati or a 5 - 10 minute drive to Northern Kentucky University! There is a shared, free on-site laundry, a small fire pit behind the building, and a communal greenhouse on the property! Beautiful Evergreen Cemetery, the largest cemetery in the county, is just next door for scenic walks. Feel free to reach out and set up an appointment to tour the place! The lease is a one year lease. Water is included in the rent, Duke Energy and Spectrum are not. You can expect to pay a range of $150 - 250 a month on Duke Energy (with the exception of some outlier months). I really don't want dogs on the property, however, I will allow them but there will be a pet rent for well-mannered dogs only of an additional $100 a month per dog. If I hear excessive complaints of issues related to the dog(s), it is grounds for voiding of the lease. No smoking in the building. You may smoke outside, not in confined, shared spaces (such as the laundry room or greenhouse).
