Driveway parking is available for an additional fee, which will be due concurrently with the monthly rental payment. Upon acceptance of the application, the first month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required. Monthly rent is payable on the first day of each month. Payments received after the fifth of the month will be considered late, and late fees may be applied. Repeated instances of late payment may result in eviction proceedings.
The tenancy will be governed by a verbal month-to-month lease agreement. The tenant is expected to maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the property, promptly inform the landlord of any necessary repairs, and comply with all established property rules and regulations. Landlords reserve the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs.
