Parking includes a single car detached garage that is assigned to this unit with large storage area, as well as quiet and plentiful street parking in addition to the garage. This is and has always been a non-smoking unit. Mature Cats/Dogs OK, and must be attended when outside in the community space. Landlord will include basic utilities for $30/Month extra for a total of $1755/Month. Showings are available by appointment. A 1 year lease or a summer move-out date are preferred, but this is somewhat flexible. Rent is $1725 monthly or $1755 if inclusive of utilities including Water/Gas/Electric/Trash/Recycle.
