Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, with guests responsible for any overages. Even though this is a quiet condo building, we are not responsible for the actions of the neighbors, and no refunds will be given based on external noise. With blazing-fast Wi-Fi, this studio is remote work-friendly, catering to digital nomads and remote workers alike. A laptop computer is not included.
