The apartment also has a deck on the back of it and has a back yard with a fire pit. There is a spot for parking that holds 2 vehicles. The house is located right near a CVS that is in walking distance and is located close to Brookline blvd. The owner pays for the water and the garbage. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Any pets are acceptable but renter will be charged an extra $100 per pet. Security deposit will be required at signing. No smoking is allowed in the building. Failure to maintain cleanliness that results in damage, infestation, or health hazards may be considered a violation of the lease and subject to remedies including cleaning fees, pest control charges, or eviction. Tenants are usually responsible for minor maintenance like Replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, Keeping the unit clean,Preventing mold/mildew by ventilating bathrooms/kitchens and Reporting major issues promptly. Tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, clearing snow, or watering plants.
