If a late checkout is requested and approved in advance, the cost for a 12:30 pm checkout will be $35. Same-day checkout request for 1 pm will be $65 when approved. This apartment is centrally located. This is a non-smoking property; no smoking is allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community. A $600 penalty will be charged for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; reservations will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose the full reservation payment; you will also be penalized with a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way for whatever reason with the building leasing office and the building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues are communicated through the host and associates.
