The window in the unit is currently being renovated to dual French doors with side lights- may only use microwave and air fryer in kitchenette area, no stove top cooking- Come check it out, it's a quiet and peaceful area in National city close to many restaurants and shops. Also down the street from 32nd navy base and paradise valley hospital. Small pets allowed for additional pet rent-* single occupancy only*, required minimum 50,000 annual income and 685 credit score.
