    This centrally located charming cottage located is on a small Forest Hills estate in Wilmington close to downtown, the airport, films studios, hospital, shopping, UNCW and 15 minutes to the ocean. It is a guest cottage on the same property as our family home, best suited for 1-2 occupants. The cottage is furnished with high-end vintage and mid-century furniture and an open concept, living dining kitchen area. Parking for up to two cars is included. Please note we live in the main house on this property with our family and our friendly golden doodle. Pets are not allowed inside the cottage. Smoking/ vaping are not allowed in the premises. Monthly cleaning is suggested at a rate of $150. Utilities/ Internet are included. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties. The space is suitable for one to two people and available on a one to six month lease. One to two parking spots are available to renters at all times. Please note this home is located on the property of the main house and the driveway is shared.
