Access to full oven on main level, full fridge to share in garage, laundry room with washer & dryer on lower level, outside patio with hot tub, upper deck front porch and large backyard. Parking on road in front of home. Entry to home via sliding door in basement, front door or garage door. Can access rear yard via sliding glass doors from lower level. OIL HEAT, ELECTRIC, A/C, WATER and SEWER ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT. No Pets, No Smoking. Lease Minimum (6) months. The rent is as advertised. Application Fee is $25.00 per adult. All monies are to be in certified funds and are due prior to occupation. When accepted, tenants are required to show proof of renters insurance. Available 4/10/25. Requirements to move in include the first and 50% of last month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent as well as renters' insurance. All Applicants 18 years and older must fill out their portion of one application and pass the credit check with good credit, a minimum of 600 as well as pass a criminal background check, no bankruptcy, no evictions. Remove trash & recycling by 8 am on trash day every week (Friday- Trash/ Monday - Recycle) 2. Turn lights off when not in the room 3. Quiet hours 9 pm - 7 am & M - F 8 am - 5 pm 4. Notify landlord of any overnight guests 1 day prior. Guests can stay up to 1 week, no charge. Additional days cost $25 per night. If longer than 2 weeks, new lease with 2nd roommate to be added at additional rent of $150 per month. 5. Move vehicle temporarily to driveway when it snows for road too be plowed. 6. Food must be stored in cabinets and in air tight containers to keep place free of pests. 7A. Living area including bathroom, hall & stairs must be swept, vacuumed, cleaned on a regular basis. 7B. Shared spaced will be neatly maintained. 7C. Fine of $5 per day if landlord sees messes and tenant doesn't clean when requested to do so after 24 hours. 8. Must not make spare keys for others to use. 9. Rent is due 1st of month. Late fee of $25 charged for each week it is late. 10.
