    I am the owner and hardly ever am in town, hence renting out my amazing apartment. WALK TO WILTON DRIVE!! You never have to drive there again :-) It can be rented furnished or unfurnished - your choice. Unit #300 in Flagler is a large 3/3 unit, with 2000+ square feet living space, split floor plan, a large terrace (gardening paradise or for your pup to play around) and an underground parking space. There are trash chutes on each floor. Gated entry with an amazing security patrol team. The unit has east/west and north sides open, faces Village Lane, the main gate, the gym/pool area and has three balconies plus a huge terrace. All doors are high impact and noise proof. Inside, you find a Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Washer/Dryer, Electric Range, Electric Water Heater, Microwave, Refrigerator, Self Cleaning Oven. All 3 bedrooms have walk in closets and 2 of the large bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom has a jacuzzi as well. The 3rd guest bathroom is next to the smallest bedroom and has a shower as well. The floor plan is split. One bedroom on the west side with a giant walk in closet and a ginormous bathroom. The east side has 1 large bedroom with a normal sized bathroom plus access to the terrace AND the east balcony (from the bathroom). The east side also has a small bedroom with a detached bathroom (guest) plus access to the east balcony. There are 10 sliding doors for fresh air. Rent includes water, cable, internet, access to the resort style heated swimming pool, club (Billiard Room, Business Center, Clubhouse-Clubroom, Fitness Center, Club Kitchen Facilities, Library, club Spa/Hot Tubs etc). First, last and security needed to move in. HOA has a refundable move-in + move-out deposit. NO SMOKING inside the apartment. Tenant responsibilities: - keep the terrace drains unclogged during heavy rains. - change AC filter + add white vinegar each month (both provided by owner) - change whole house water filter as needed - maintain renter's insurance during the lease terms
