The agent with the property gave very little notice for an arranged tour and was not altogether communicative.

Property
The grass hadn't been cut for weeks, the "No Trespassing" signs stapled to the front porch were spooky and uninviting, the unit itself wasn't clean and smelled, the rooms were fairly small, and there was no laundry access on the property, with two other units in the house.
